Our shop accepts secure payments by all major credit cards as well as direct PayPal account payments.You are not required to have a Paypal account to purchase from this store.All payments are processed via PayPal. Paypal securely shares your order and delivery details with us, but does not share any of your sensitive payment information.
SHIPPING
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Signed For® 2nd Class.
Shipping will usually take 6 to 12 working days from the time your order has been processed.
All international orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.
Please note - This means you will have tracking number for your order.*
International orders are typically delivered within 8 to 15 working days, depending upon the destination.
* in some countries the International Tracked & Signed service is not available. If a situation like this occurs we will send the parcel by Standard Airmail Service.
EXCHANGE OR RETURN POLICY
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery (in EU). For customers outside EU the same right applies but within 7 days from the date on which you received them.
Item(s) must be in the same condition they were received in and returned complete and unused in their original packaging. On receipt of returned products, we will check that they meet all requirement.
In case of exchange or return, you will pay for the return freight, and we will not refund any shipment or payment costs. We will refund delivery costs, only if the product is incorrect or faulty.
If an item has arrived damaged, please send a photograph to demonstrate any damage to both the packaging and products within 7 days of receipt of order.
Items marked as Final Sale do not apply for any exchanges or returns.
NON COLLECTED DELIVERIES OR FAILED DELIVERIES
If you’re out and about and miss your delivery, you’ll receive a card from either Royal Mail or Parcelforce Worldwide through your letterbox indicating they tried to deliver to you.
A package will be kept at the delivery hub only for limited time. If you don’t collect it and it is returned to us, we will charge you for the additional delivery costs that arise.

Any duties or taxes charged at customs for overseas orders are the buyer’s responsibility.
All products remain as property of Mayo Nmg until full payment has been made.
The artist retains the Copyright for the images/posters and you have no right to use any purchased images for commercial, editorial reproduction and they may not be redistributed in any manner/media without the expressed written permission of the artist. Colours may different from your computer screen to the print. I make every effort to demonstrate the best colour representation in all product images.

According to UK law, we have to ask for your approval to receive and process your personal data. All the information you give us will be handled by Mayo Nmg and we will not provide your personal data to any 3rd party for marketing purposes. If the personal data is incorrect or irrelevant you have the right to request that it be either corrected or deleted.
